It was great fun to get a deal on a set of New Voices, and an online platform that does the heavy lifting. Imagine cutting out two steps in the chore of getting an MP3 rendered out of something copied off a web page for later ‘reading’?
Instead of copying long reams of page content into the HMTL Editor window, instead of then copying the code to an ‘automated page’ writer in NoteTab, then to upload it, then to open in in Chromium Edge, then to ‘read the page’ with Read Aloud while recording it in Voicemeeter or Audacity and then editing and uploading and recoding it, I just copy-paste the chunks of material into the text-area on Blakify.
It’s that damned simple. Click and click and they do everything and then you download it.
In any case, it sure beats the sole single voice of Peter UK in Natural Reader. That was my only other ‘save to MP3’ one-step operation.
Let me sample something of my own next, and something French for Canadian French, and let’s put my rant into the mouth of a better UK Peter.
